Measure the usable area, not the room on paper
Send the available width, depth, and lowest overhead clearance. A room can look generous while a beam, light fixture, fan, or low tree branch makes part of it unusable. Include furniture, columns, steps, and door openings in the measurements. Outdoors, show the condition and slope of the surface.
There is no universal dimension that fits every mobile simulator. Enclosure size, screen position, and the player’s swing all affect the layout. TeeToGo’s exact footprint and clearance need to be confirmed for your event; a competitor’s published measurements are not a specification for our equipment.
Plan for the people outside the bay
Reserve a separate waiting area where guests can see the action without walking through the swing zone. Keep catering lines, doorways, and the route to the restrooms outside the playing area. A good layout lets the next player get ready without crowding the current player.
If you add the Fun Pack, leave separate space for the putting green and mini games. Those activities should help distribute guests around the event, rather than fill the clear area needed for the simulator.
- Mark the intended hitting area and spectator position.
- Show nearby tables, entrances, and guest routes.
- Allow for both the equipment and the activities beside it.
Check access and power early
Share the load-in route from the parking or unloading point to the setup location. Narrow gates, stairs, elevators, and long carries can change the plan even when the final area is large enough. For a hired venue, ask who approves equipment placement and what time vendors may arrive.
Identify the nearby power source and ask us to confirm the electrical requirements. Do not assume a distant outlet or an available extension cord is enough. Get the venue contact involved before event day so access and power questions can be settled together.
Send a simple venue brief
A few wide photos, measurements, the address, and your preferred playing time make a useful starting point. Include a backup location for an outdoor event and any restrictions on deliveries, noise, or vendor access. The aim is to approve a workable layout before you reserve the slot.
Use the booking form’s information request option if the space is still uncertain. Once the layout is confirmed, choose the package around your guest schedule rather than trying to fit the equipment around a last-minute room change.
