Choose a format that fits the room

For an open networking event, give each visitor a short turn and a clear result to watch. For a team social, agree on a common challenge and a fixed number of attempts. A long individual round can work for a small group of golfers, but it can leave other guests waiting at a larger reception.

Mix experience levels across teams where possible. Give first-time players an introduction before scoring begins, and make participation optional. Guests should be able to enjoy watching and talking without feeling that a golf score is part of their job.

Build a run of show around arrivals

One example for a four-hour gathering is to open with relaxed practice as guests arrive, move into short team rotations, and leave the final part for a friendly rematch or open play. Put important announcements and food service on the event timeline before deciding when a competition should finish.

If several departments will arrive in waves, assign broad playing windows rather than making everyone queue at once. Keep the results visible to the group and explain the scoring before anyone takes a counted shot. Confirm the available challenge formats when arranging the event.

Give guests something to do between turns

The Team Social proposal includes the Fun Pack, hosted team challenges, and team scoring with a leaderboard. Mini games and a putting green create another place to gather while the simulator is occupied. Keep these activities close enough to feel connected, with clear separation from the hitting area.

For client hospitality, make the event easy to join briefly. A guest should be able to take a turn, talk to their host, and move on. For an internal celebration, a shared team score can give people a reason to return and watch the finish.

Corporate pricing is tailored to the event instead of being a fixed-price package. Share the date, address, playing window, approximate attendance, arrival pattern, and whether you want hosted scoring. Include the venue contact and any vendor approval process.

If you need branding, custom prizes, or a particular challenge, describe it as a request so we can confirm what is possible. Do not build an event announcement around an unconfirmed feature. Select the Team Social on the booking page to open an information request and work through the proposal.
